Currently happening in the world of TDT: We can announce that bassist Jim is now a proud daddy, with a baby boy being added to his family. The band wish Jim and wife Rachel all the best. And hope the boy learns to play bass quickly to cover for his dad when he's not at rehearsal…
The new album is done, and no sooner has it been completed than thoughts start to turn to the next one. The main thought being, of course, that it had better not take as long as this one did. New songs and ideas are already forming and taking shape at rehearsal. The excitement builds.
After watching the Live Earth gig, it can be safely said that Spinal Tap were easily the best band of the day. going wrong (again) and Big Bottom featuring every bassist who was at the gig meant that James Blunt had no chance following that. And that makes us happy…
